This picnic-style, outdoor event on the marina will bring the community together with food and bar pop-ups, raffles and auctions, a relaxed marina picnic setting, and concert-style live entertainment featuring local artists plus some amazing surprise acts.

To make getting to and from our Koolewong Bushfire Relief Event easy and accessible, we’re offering a free shuttle bus running throughout the event.

The shuttle will operate continuously between Woy Woy Commuter Carpark (behind Thirsty Camel Bottle Shop on Oval Road) and Kefi Koolewong, providing a convenient, stress-free transport option for all guests.

This service is designed to improve accessibility, reduce parking pressure, and ensure everyone can arrive and depart safely and comfortably.

Where the Funds Go

All funds raised through the Koolewong Bushfire Relief event and online donations will be transferred directly to St Vincent de Paul (Woy Woy). St Vincent de Paul will then distribute the funds to local families and individuals affected by the bushfires.

A public statement outlining this process will be shared once approved by Meraki Group and St Vincent de Paul.
